Good vibes only household ✨

Hi guys!!

Just to be clear- This is to either sublet for the month of October (could discuss price if less than a month) or to sublet and if interested to potentially sign a year contract starting 1st November.

We’re two housemates (now mates) looking to fill our third room in our beautiful flat in Blackheath! The room has a built in wardrobe and comes unfurnished although we have some spare drawers that you could use if needed and a spare cupboard for storage that we share. The flat (and your room) is on the main road so if you are sensitive to sound then this might not work for you.

As a household we do have our own lives but enjoy having a dinner together, watch a movie or go to the pub for a couple so we’re looking for someone that would like that kind of dynamic. This is not a sesh house but a late night or dinner party is no biggie! We’re both really chill and easy going, Luke is 31 from the Isle of Man and is mostly in the studio doing ceramics, Roxy is 32 from South Africa, works in hospitality so never short on free pizza!

To be mindful of when deciding is that this is a vegan (don’t mind if you’re not), LGBTQ+ , 420 and pet friendly household- we don’t have pets but do get visitors. We are both occasional smokers but strict rule is no tobacco in the house. We also like to keep it tidy with us all pitching in on cleaning.

We’re 15min from basically anything- Sainsbury, Lidl, takeouts, snaz veg shop, Greenwich Park, charity shops and train to London Bridge!

Rent is £700 including all bills- council tax, WiFi, gas/elec, water and TP.
