Sublet a room in our big, bright, beautiful flat

Hey guys,

My boyfriend and I are looking for someone to sublet our room from December 10 to March 31 (can potentially be flexible on dates) whilst we’re abroad.

The room is fully furnished - large double bed, 2 wardrobes, bedside tables and a large chest of drawers. It has an ensuite bathroom with shower-bathtub. Ideal for couples.

£1,200 pcm inc. all bills apart from energy - which we’ll let you know each month.

The flat is fully furnished (by us) across two floors. It has a huge living room with a big smart TV and lots of plants. The kitchen is also huge with a dining area.

You’ll be sharing with our lovely housemate - Tom, who is also subletting until end of March. Tom works in the sports industry and is also a musician.

Blackheath is a beautiful, green and safe area of SE London. The village is a 10 minute walk - cute cafes, shops, pubs and a Sunday Farmer’s Market. Then you’re just a short (and scenic) walk across the Heath to stunning Greenwich Park, with lots of cute exploring to do in Greenwich Village.

In the other direction, Lee and Hither Green are also a short walk away, with another beautiful park and cosy pubs.

Lewisham is around the corner (9 min bus or 25 min walk) - H&M, huge TK Maxx, big M&S, Boots, Superdrug, etc

Transport is great (and we travel all over London a lot):
* 10 min walk to both Blackheath & Lee Stations
* 12 min train to London Bridge
* 12 min train to Peckham
* 18 min train to Waterloo East/Southwark
* 20 min train to Charing Cross and Cannon Street
* 27 min train to Victoria
* 35 mins to Shoreditch area via London Bridge, New Cross or Woolwich

4 minute walk to a big Sainsburys
(There's also a nearby Lidl and Aldi)
