Double room in 2-bedroom flat near Greenwich Park

Hello!
A room will become free in our 2-bedroom flat near Blackheath, as my current flatmate will be moving in with his girlfriend.

We have a kitchen, bathroom, living room, my room, and the room that will be free for move in on November 15th. There is also a big, green garden that belongs to the building. If you have a car, there is space for it in the driveway of the house. The flat is the top floor flat, so the sloped ceilings add a cosy warm feeling to it. Rent for the room is £775 per month plus bills (around £140 per month. Includes wi-fi, council tax band D, energy, and water).

The surrounding area is quite residential and peaceful. Greenwich Park is a 5-10 min walk away. There are many buses and trains going directly to Central London. You will also find several shops nearby (M&S Food, Sainsbury’s, Aldi, a few corner shops, the Brothers Bakery, etc.). The house itself is quiet and calm, too.

You will be sharing the flat with me, Tania. I’m 29 years old, f, and work an office job part-time from home, as well as in the camera department in film. I travel quite a lot, so there will be times when I’m out of town for a couple of weeks.

It’s a very nice flat and I like to keep it very homey, tidy, and clean. It’s also super important for me to live with someone who is respectful, emotionally mature and basically just follows good flat sharing etiquette. Other than that, I’m pretty easy going as a flatmate.
