Beautiful double bedroom in Blackheath Village

Looking for someone to take my place in this lovely 2 bed flat in Blackheath as I am moving out.

The flat is just 5 mins to Blackheath Village and the train station which takes you into London Bridge, Charing Cross/Victoria/Cannon Street.

It’s also just a 5 minute walk into Blackheath itself, and 10 mins to Greenwich park.

The flat is cosy and comfortable, bills are relatively low cost (around £150 per month each), that includes the council tax (we are in council tax band C), internet and utilities.

The bedroom is mostly unfurnished, but does have a big double wardrobe as seen in the photos.

A little about my current flatmate…

She’s friendly, clean and considerate. Likes a chat in the evening, but also happy in her own space. Enjoys chilling on the sofa of an evening, but is usually out and about on weekends exploring the city. She’s looking for someone who is like minded - friendly and easy going, and who will treat the flat as a home. Ideally not someone who works from home full time.

I can certainly say it’s been lovely living with her and I wouldn’t be moving out, except that I’m lucky enough to be buying my own place in the area.
