I’m heading to South Africa from 20thJan- 14th Feb and was hoping to rent my room out to someone who needed somewhere to stay for most of that time, preferably at least 3weeks.

You’ll be sharing with two other girls who are both amazing and friendly. We tend to have a catch up in the kitchen while making dinner or chill in the lounge doing something crafty and if no one is around it’s usually off to see a gig, some sort of sports or dinner with friends.

The room will come furnished with everything you see in the picture (minus my clothes, trinkets etc). The flat is a 2min walk to Blackheath station which is 15min to London Bridge and you’re also a 15min walk from Greenwich Park too. Lots of shops close by and also a 15min walk to Sainsbury’s or lidl.

I do want £650 for the 3weeks but happy to negotiate depending on time frame.

I will want a £300 deposit to hold the room and then the remainder of the money that we agree upon by 1st Jan.

You don’t need to be best mates but getting along and everyone being comfortable is the goal 🫶
