En-Suite Double Room w walk-in wardrobe Blackheath

Hi! I have double room with an en-suite and walk in wardrobe available in Blackheath. It’s a 3 minute walk to Blackheath village and about 5 mins to the station. The flat is very spacious and fitted to a very high standard. Also has parking and a garden.

Looking for a female housemate to join me (and my cat!). Reason for the spare room is I fell in love with the place on viewing so took the place before someone else did however I am looking to live here with someone.

The place is unfurnished but I already have/ will be getting everything for the rest of the place so all that’ll be needed is a bed/ anything else wanted for your room :) Everything else will be done, I have all the kitchen gadgets/ decor/ outdoor furniture we could need. (None of this is pictured)

I am looking for someone who will see this as a home, not just a room. I have a busy life and friends in London but it would be great to have a housemate I can go to the pub/ host for our friends with. Please message me if interested!

The flat has a lot of storage so there would be space for things outside of room too.
