Description
PLEASE NOTE:*** Monday to Friday let ***
This is suitable for someone who has to be in London for the working week and wishes to return to an 'out of London' home at the weekends. It could be a partner who needs to be away for his family to save exhausting commutes, a visiting lecturer, someone following a particular CPD course etc, someone on an undergraduate placement or internship in London, someone tasting London life in anticipation of more permanent residence.
By offering 4 nights a week accommodation the tenant will be able to save money by returning home at the weekend. Our existing tenant has been here for 9 months during an undergraduate placement. It has worked extremely well.
To confirm - a 'Monday to Friday let' means the room is available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights. The tenant arrives on Monday after work and leaves for work on Friday morning after which they will not return until after work the following Monday. They can safely leave clothes and possessions here.
The room is not available to the tenant on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
We provide exclusive fridge and grocery storage.
Details of the room:
