Johnnie and Oli looking for Housemate, coming Year

We are looking for someone of average student or post-student age. Our house is spacious, we have a large kitchen/dining area and a large living space with TV, Playstation & Xbox, record player, and guitars, amps & synthesisers. There is a large garden we are trying to neaten up and lots of storage downstairs for misc junk and coats etc.

We are looking for someone to move in , or at least to sign the next year's lease, before the 10th of September, and stay for the coming year. We are musically and artistically minded and would love to live with someone of similar disposition but are just as happy with people of any interest or background.

This house is not the most wheelchair accessible as all of the rooms are above ground floor.
