The house is about 15 mins walk to blackheath or maze hill station which gets you into victoria, london bridge or waterloo in 15-20 mins or a brisk cycle into town which takes 25 mins. Bus into north Greenwich station takes 10 mins as another option.
Looking for a new flatmate, the previous one has to move out of town, closer to his daughter.
The 2 housemates are a guy and a girl, really chilled out, and both are usually away or working most weekends!
The flat is really cosy and modern as well as homely, neighbours are cool, quiet and friendly.
We have one cat called Isa who is as friendly as they come.
Neither preference for guys or girls, just no couples, other pets would be considered, the landlord is super relaxed.
All bills and council tax come to roughly £135 each. The area is really convenient and quiet but good access via rail and road, few local pubs, 24/7 shop and M&S close by.
