1 Double Room Available (Girls Flat)

A lovely room will be coming available in our friendly, social flat on St John’s Park, just a short walk from Greenwich Park and local shops including M&S, cafés and amenities.

The flat is currently home to two female flatmates, and I’m the only guy — I’ll be moving out around February, and the girls would ideally like to keep it a girls’ flat, so a female replacement is preferred.

Transport links are excellent: North Greenwich station is around 10 minutes by bus, giving easy access to central London via the Jubilee Line, as well as the O2 and beyond.

The flat has a really warm, welcoming feel. The building itself is very social, with neighbours all around the same age who enjoy summer BBQs, lunches and the occasional get-together. That said, everyone is also very respectful — if you want your own space and downtime in your room, that’s absolutely respected.

It’s a genuinely friendly home with a great balance of sociable and chilled living.
