Description

We’re looking for a lovely female housemate to join our friendly and creative home in Greenwich.

You’d be living with Claire and Rob (not a couple) and Ruby, the dog. We’re a calm and social household, and while we enjoy our own downtime, we’d genuinely love to live with someone who wants to connect rather than just share a space independently. Think occasional shared dinners, trips to the shops, or going to the pub together. Good communication and respect for each other’s space are important to us!

The Room
• £600 per month (council tax and bills included apart from the tv/broadband)
• Can be taken furnished (bed frame, mattress and wardrobe) or unfurnished, depending on your needs
• Available from 8 March 2026
The House
• Shared kitchen and cosy living room
• Private garden
• Separate toilet downstairs
• Main bathroom upstairs (shared with Claire only)
• Friendly, homely atmosphere
• LGBTQ+ household
• There is even a voice-over booth!
• Rob smokes in the garden and vapes in his room

Location
• Close to a bus stop
• 15-minute bus ride to North Greenwich (Jubilee line)
• 5–10-minute bus rides to Kidbrooke, Westcombe Park, and Blackheath train stations
• Quiet residential area with an optional parking space
• Local shops and pubs nearby

About Us
Rob is an actor, and Claire enjoys animation and illustration. We’re both relaxed, tidy and considerate. It’s important to us that the house feels comfortable and respectful for everyone. Ruby is very friendly and affectionate, so being an animal lover is essential! She’s very much part of the household!

About You
• Preferably female renter
• Must love dogs
• LGBTQ+ acceptance is essential
• Clean, considerate and communicative
• Happy to share a home socially (not just co-exist)
• Fine with friends visiting occasionally: we’re not a party house, but we’re also not strict or overly quiet
If this sounds like your kind of home, send us a message telling us a bit about yourself: what you do, what you’re looking for in a house share, and when you’d like to move.
  • £600 pcm (double)
