Double room to rent in the heart of Blackheath

Double room to rent in the heart of Blackheath. I am unfortunately moving out and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The building is an art deco building within a 5 min walk of Blackheath station. There is a really lovely community and it's very safe.

The flat is on the top floor (there is a lift!) with a large west facing room that gets great sunsets and a nice view from the bathroom out east over Blackheath.

My current housemate is so easy to live with. Tidy, easy to chat with and very willing to help out/share anything that is necessary - although there is no expectation.

We're looking for someone to take over my lease. Preferably a male professional who's up for watching comedy tv, a bit of a chat and is a relaxed individual to live with.
