My housemate has moved out and I'm therefore looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.
The building is an art deco building within a 5 min walk of Blackheath station.
It is in a is a really lovely community and it's very safe.
The flat is on the top floor (there is a lift!) with a large west facing room that gets great sunsets and a nice view from the bathroom out east over Blackheath.
There are two lovely communal gardens, a bike shed and outside taps.
I've lived here for 2 years and I absolutely love it here - the flat is quiet, bright and airy. It's spactious with high ceilings and is nicely decorated throughout.
