Double Room in Blackheath Village

Looking for a lodger to rent a room in a bright, top-floor three-bedroom flat.

The flat is dual aspect, recently refurbished, and fully furnished. It benefits from a private front balcony as well as access to a communal rear balcony. Located on the fourth floor of an Art Deco building, the property has large windows, plenty of natural light, and views across the treetops towards Canary Wharf.

The kitchen, boiler, Wi-Fi, and washing machine are all newly installed. The available room comes with a brand-new mattress and wardrobe. There is a lift in the building, which is currently out of service but is scheduled to be repaired this month.

My name is Harry. I am a 28 year old architect working in Farringdon. During the week I’m usually in the office, and at weekends I spend time with friends and play local football.

Bills are not included and are £110 per month, this includes all bills.

I own the flat jointly with my parents, who live and run businesses in Inverness. They may occasionally stay when visiting London. It is a quiet and relaxed home.
