A spacious double room is available in a 3-bedroom house in Blackheath (SE3). You’ll be sharing with two friendly 21-year-old female students, and we’re looking for another female flatmate to join us.

The house features:

* Large double bedroom
* Spacious shared living areas
* Fully equipped kitchen
* Large private garden with outdoor furniture – perfect for relaxing or studying outside
* Washing machine and other essential appliances

We also have three friendly cats, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with pets.

Rent:

* £900 per month for one person.
* Couples are welcome, with the rent adjusted to £1,200 per month to cover additional household expenses, including council tax and utilities.

The house is in a great location with good transport links and easy access to local shops, parks, and amenities. Literally less than 30 minute bus ride from university of Greenwich there’s a commercial area nearby with various shops like Tim-max Primark large Sainsbury’s etc. and a lot of corner shops near by.
