Double room in Blackheath

One of our housemates is moving to Spain and their room will be available from Sept 28th, with a move in date between Sept 28th-Oct 28th (the earlier within that timeframe, the better). We’re a professional household of one guy and two girls, aged 31-35. We get on really well and enjoy hanging out, but we also do our own social thing independently. We’re lucky to have a beautiful garden on the ground floor as well as a sizeable balcony off the living room on the second floor. We have two bathrooms and both have showers, so you would only share with one other person. We’re looking for someone who is also a full-time professional, social and queer friendly (two of us are LGBT). Our location is brilliant- we are just around the corner from the heart of Blackheath village (5 min walk to the station) and just a 20 min walk to Lewisham station.

The rent is £750 a month, but this doesn’t include bills. These usually come to around £150, which includes everything plus a cleaner for the communal areas every fortnight. We have a washing machine and a dishwasher.

It’s a lovely double bedroom on the top floor with built in wardrobes. The contract is unfurnished, but the person moving out is happy to sell the furniture pictured at the below cost:
