A nice, fully furnished double room available in a clean, comfortable and quiet two-bedroom flat, conveniently located between Blackheath and Lewisham.

The Flat

The flat is fully furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen including all appliances and cookware, air fryer, and a fully equipped bathroom.

I’m the other occupant of the flat, but I’ll be away for most of the year. This means you’ll have the flat largely to yourself for much of the time.

Bills

Internet and water are included. Gas and electricity are shared, typically working out at approximately £60 per month.

The flat is situated in a very nice, safe and quiet residential area, with excellent transport links:

* Walking distance to Blackheath Station.
* Convenient access to Lewisham Station.
* Several bus routes nearby.
* Close to Blackheath and Greenwich Park.
* Sainsbury’s, Lidl, local shops, restaurants and gyms all within easy reach.

Who I’m Looking For

Ideally, a clean, responsible young professional or student looking for a peaceful place to live.

I’m looking for someone considerate and respectful of the neighbours. No parties, excessive noise or overnight guests.

Suitable for one person only.

Minimum stay of 6 months, ideally 12 months.

A Little About Me

I’m a tech entrepreneur working primarily online and remotely. I enjoy going to the gym, martial arts, music and arts, good food and generally living a healthy, relaxed lifestyle.

It would be a nice bonus if we shared some similar interests, but that’s certainly not essential. What’s most important is finding someone clean, responsible and easy to live with.
