I am advertising a large fully furnished double room in a 4 bed house in Blackheath. Currently I have 3 short term tenants that are moving out around April 2018....this is because the house is on the market but no offers have been put forward as yet. So, I am only interested in short term lets or Monday to Friday people. I cannot see the house being sold and going through until July this year. There is the possibility of it coming off the market so the rental could be a lot longer but I can't promise anything at the moment.
The bedroom (2nd bedroom in photo's),comes furnished with built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables and a double bed.
There is a big comfortable lounge, kitchen/diner which is perfect for the odd house meal or just catching up after work over a tea/ glass of wine. There is a main bathroom upstairs with shower room/ wc downstairs.
There is a decked garden at the front and the rear of the house - gardeners/ BBQers are most welcome!
Smokers are welcome but no smoking inside the house. I prefer professional working people as this is not a party house, so people who are reasonably quiet and considerate, please come to the front of the queue....this is a house for mature people :)
The rent includes all bills - council tax, electricity, gas, water and broadband.
It is approximately a 10-15 minute walk to both Lewisham (Zone 2) and Blackheath (Zone 3) stations, taking about 15 minutes into Central London. Lewisham (zone 2) has both overground and DLR connections, into Bank, Cannon Street, Charing Cross, Victoria etc; as well as excellent bus routes to surrounding areas. Blackheath has some solid pubs and restaurants as well as the heath and then Greenwich Park!
