Double Room Friendly Houseshare, Conservation Area

This is a really calm and peaceful place to call home. We live in a conservation area in Blackheath, and the room is superbly positioned at the back of the house where you can enjoy your space in peace and not overlooked by neighbouring houses. If you want the social life in Blackheath and Greenwich, or a reasonably fast journey to the West End, you have that too. Sainsburys supermarket at Lee is within easy reach as is the fabulous market at Lewisham. The room is spacious with built in and stand alone storage, and the ground floor is an open plan design with access to a bright patio style garden which takes the summer sun throughout the day. Housemates are a male, who needs to be away from home much of the time, and female who are sociable, friendly and independent. We have busy lives but do get together socially occasionally. Our ideal housemate knows that houserules make sense for clean, tidy and comfortable living and is happy to take some commonsense housekeeping responsibility like sorting and throwing out the junkmail, putting out the dustbins and locking doors and windows when leaving the house. You need to be likewise independent, professional and friendly. On the practical side, weekly communal cleaning is included in the bills with a generous cap on fuel, water etc (which has never been exceded).
