Hi,
I have a large double room available in Blackheath Standard (SE3)
It is a 15 minute walk to Westcombe Park station which takes 15 mins to get to London Bridge.
There is also a bus that takes 10 mins to get to North Greenwich tube.
The place is in a very quiet road but only a 5 minute walk to the parade off shops (including a Marks and Spencer) on Old Dover Road.
The house is a 10 minute walk from Greenwich Park which is amazing.
It would be £1100 per month with ALL bills included for a couple.
It won't be available until mid April when I move in but you could rent in the place I am currently selling (which is 5 minutes away on Old Dover Road) from now until then and because of this inconvenience I would only charge £500 for the month renting there until moving to the new place.
