Lovely sunny double room

We have a lovely sunny large double room with floor to ceiling French shutters and sash windows, sharing a bathroom upstairs with one other and another shower/toilet room downstairs. The room has a fireplace and high ceilings.
We share the large kitchen/diner and back garden with one female and one male housemate.
The house is a semi masionette so we two bedrooms upstairs and a third downstairs.
The room come's furnished/unfurnished.
We have lovely friendly neighbours and a good community spirit.
Myself and my housemate are working professional's in the City. We are clean and tidy and get on very well sharing our lovely home.
We enjoy cooking and having a glass of wine together and respect each others space especially after a hard days work.
Sainsbury's in five minutes down the road with restaurants and take away shops opposite. Blackheath train station is a 10 min walk or you can walk to Lee station which is a few min's more or you can go to Lewisham and get the DLR and if you like cycling it takes me 30/40mins to cycle into the City. We have Virgin broadband and all bills are included.
