Spacious double room in gorgeous Blackheath

A very spacious unfurnished double bedroom is available in a lovely Blackheath flat, sharing with a girls couple. We are friendly professionals working full time in Central London. We have been in the flat for 5 years and are looking for a new flatmate as our current flatmate got married and is moving out.

The flat is in a quiet, green area - a 7 min walk from Blackheath rail station, with a shorter walk to the shops, cafes and pubs. 2 min walk to the heath and about 10 min to Greenwich Park! The flat entrance is on the ground floor; we have a large kitchen and a living room on the 1st floor, and the two bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom (separate) are on the second floor. There is also a very small third bedroom which we use for friends staying over every now and then and for additional storage space. The flat is nicely spaced out and has a good amount of storage space given that there are just 3 of us sharing. Central heating and WiFi are available.

The available room is the master bedroom with two double built-in wardrobes and heaps of space. It has windows on two sides of the building so it is nice and bright.

In terms of our new flatmate, we really want someone who wants a home, rather than just a room. We are not clean freaks but always try to keep the flat clean and tidy, and we would expect the same from you. We like to have people over for dinner every now and then, and to have friends stay over sometimes too. The flat is generally a quiet and peaceful place.
