Newly decorated dbl room in a friendly household

We have a double room available in Blackheath/Kidbrooke. My husband and I both work full-time. we are use to shared houses and have been doing it for over 8 years, we have 2 lovely polite easy going girls ages 17 and 8 . we've found almost all our housemates on this site and made some solid friendship over the years. The room is available 7 days per week. We are sociable easy going people who like to share the occasional meal/BBQ or glass of wine but understand that people needs their privacy. We have a good size kitchen, shared living room and garden. Also your own fridge. Looking for a friendly sociable, easy going individual who is looking for a home not just a room.
