Room is currently occupied by Vassillissa, Erasmus student, going back to Estonia on 19th December.
Other occupants are me, quiet Electronics Engineer, been here for 25 years, and Luna, quiet Italian translator, here 2 years. Luna has a cat Willow, very friendly.

Parking is usually available on the street outside. Good road connections, Blackwall Tunnel/A2/M20.

All bills are included, no fees, one month's notice required if leaving, so easy in & out.

The area is quiet, green and safe, check the google satellite view of Fulthorp Road. Blackheath is a very pretty village, unusual for London, well worth a visit. Plenty of casual work available in the restaurants and bars.
