Double Room in big, airy, two bedroom flat.

I'm looking to let out my spare double room until around July 2019.

My flat is a in a converted Georgian house on the edge of Blackheath, 10 minutes walk from Blackheath, Westcombe Park and Kidbrooke main line stations & 10 minutes on the bus to North Greenwich.

It's a spacious flat, with kitchen, living/dining room and two bedrooms. Slightly quirkily decorated (I've got a fear of magnolia & the spare room is decorated in art deco style)

Two sunny balconies (one gets the morning sun and the other the evening sun) and a big shared garden.

Flat is on busy Shooters Hill Road, so definitely not for those who need total silence, but ideal if you're concerned about getting home at night or after work on dark winter nights (Night bus from London stops right outside the front door and the route home is busy and well lit).

There is free parking in the road behind the house.

I work 9-5 and am often out in the evenings. I'm quite quiet and often hole up with a book, but always up for going out for a drink or just chilling infront of some trashy tv or a good documentary.

I'm pretty easy going but I like to keep my flat quite tidy and I have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight. Just looking for someone nice to share my space with. :-)
