One nice room in a nice house in nice Blackheath

We're replacing one of our housemates in a semi detached house in Blackheath, 5-10 minutes from the station and the beautiful heath. It's got a large kitchen, a good sized living room and large back garden which could use a little attention. Gardeners would be welcome!

Blackheath is a lovely area, particularly in the summer, and there are great pubs and restaurants in the village centre. The train takes about 20 min to get to charring cross, and the house is also walking distance from Lewisham.

You'd be living with two actor/geeks into Doctor Who, Game of Thrones, board games and general geekiness.

The room available is a double, but only just. It does have a built in wardrobe though.

The rent is £560 per month including fiber optic broadband, council tax, water, electric, milk and a cleaner.
