Nice Furnished Double room in 3 bed house with Garden to let.
£150pw {+ two weeks deposit}. This is including bills and Virgin cable TV. The room is available from the 20th of September but if you need to move in before you can use a couch until the room is ready as we will be painting it etc first. You have full use of the kitchen with own kitchen cupboards, Fridge and Microwave. There is also an extension to the kitchen with a table and chairs that you can use. Also feel free to use the garden it is lovely to sit out there at this time of year. There is one bathroom and one downstairs toilet. The room is in a nice semi-detached house on quiet street with good transport links. One bus and one train to London Bridge. My wife and I are in our 30s, easy going and work from home.
We have two dogs a Belgian Sheppard, and Husky. They are very friendly and love attention and are part of the family.
