Hi,
We've got a small double room to let in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom victorian house on 3 floors. There is now a double bed in the room and not a huge amount of storage. You'd share bathroom with one other. Shared open plan sitting room/ kitchen.
This is a relaxed but always tidy, no smoking inside household. We are 3 of us living here and we would like 1 more fun, tidy, open, kind, mature working person with whom we could have brunch, a chat, share a drink, play tennis or get the bbq going. if you play ping pong, you could try to beat us :-) All nationalities are welcome, we are from Europe and South America. Preferable a man who is not working from home, as there are already 2 of us doing that regularly.
The street is quiet, the house is full of character, has a cute garden and has everything for a comfortable life.
The rent includes all bills.
Blackheath village is a lovely area with lots of cafes, restaurants and open green fields and parks around. There is a farmers market on Sundays next to us.
2 min walk to Blackheath station. Easy and quick to get to London Bridge (12min), Charing Cross (20min), Victoria (25min), and Cannon street (20min).
Would also consider someone weekdays only for less rent.
