Double room available in friendly, relaxed household in Blackheath.

The flat offers great, unobstructed views of the heath from your bedroom window. There's plenty of green space just outside the door - it's a peaceful neighbourhood with very little noise. There's a large living room and a balcony.

The flat itself is the top floor of an imposing Victorian house so the rooms are a good size and decent ceiling height. The decor is a bit tired around the edges - hence the lower rent - but it’s an unfussy, easygoing home

It's close to Blackheath village (which has plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants), Greenwich park and Greenwich town centre (shops, tourist stuff etc).

It's also convenient for transport with Lewisham station (zone 2) under 10 minutes walk away (excellent transport links to London Bridge, Charing Cross plus DLR to Canary Wharf etc + frequent buses). Blackheath station, with services to London and Kent, is about 15 minutes walk away.

You'll be sharing with two males. Fairly chilled, interests include the usual pub trips with mates, gig-going, cinema, keeping fit (well one of us, the other just thinks about it).

£550/month for rent + £140 for other bills, including council tax.
