I’m looking for a new housemate to take over a spacious double room in a lovely house in the Maze Hill / Blackheath Royal Standard area (SE3), as my current housemates are moving out at the end of August.
The room is bright and spacious, with a large window providing plenty of natural light, as well as a built-in wardrobe. Just outside the bedroom is a separate space that’s perfect as a dedicated home office, making it ideal if you work remotely or would simply like some extra space.

You’ll be sharing with me, Will. I’m 27 and work in the emergency services, so I work a mixture of shifts and some slightly unusual hours. Outside of work I’m a keen runner, enjoy photography, going to the gym, cooking and I’m a big Formula 1 fan. I’m friendly, easy-going and like the house to be a relaxed, clean and comfortable place to live.
Looking for
I’m looking for a professional in their 20s who is clean, tidy and respectful, and enjoys a sociable home while also appreciating each other’s space and independence.
Bonus points if you’re into Formula 1! If you work from home, the dedicated office space is a real bonus.

* Bus routes 53, 54, 108, 335 and 422 are all within approximately a 15-minute walk.
* Maze Hill railway station is around a 15-minute walk away, with direct trains to London Bridge.

* Greenwich village – approximately a 25-minute walk, with Aldi, Sainsbury’s Local and Tesco Express
