Large double room to rent near Blackhorse Road

Hello there!

I have got a large spare room to rent out in my lovely flat near Blackhorse Road. I am looking for someone who is mature, works full-time, has a bubbly personality and matches my chronotype (meaning that I am very active early in the morning and ready to chill and hit the sack shortly after 8:30-9PM)

The neighbourhood is quiet, well-connected (easy to get to King’s Cross – about 15minutes - , Stanstead Airport – 45 minutes max, or, central London 25 minutes max), and, has a large park nearby + Wetlands. Walthamstow & Blackhorse Road Village is just a stone throw away, packed with charming cafes, breweries and shops.

Briefly about me:

I am a luxury bespoke joinery designer with a busy work schedule. Office based, Monday to Friday. On my days off I try to see my friends, visit interesting places, be in nature as much as possible (away from London), read, watch documentaries and old movies, learn new skills...I am up for pretty much anything that gives me cognitive and aesthetic pleasure. Also, happy to socialise with the person who is moving in with me.
