Room in Beautiful House (with lovely people)

Hello,
We will have one more room (one has just been taken) available for rent from 01/04/2025. We currently have one female lodger from the USA. I am a live-in landlord. I have two girls, Georgia 26 yrs (MT Actress - currentky on UK tour Bat out of Hell) and Tara 19 yrs (Uni - King's London). who occasionally stay in the loft room. For me, the most important thing is trust..... if it is privacy that you require, then you can have that, if on the other hand, you want to be a part of the household, then this is also not a problem. The room is furnished. I am CRB/DBS registered and work for Central Government..
All that I really ask is that you are clean, tidy, respectful and trustworthy
The house is 2 mins walk from Blackhorse Rd tube/BR station - 20 mins to Oxford Circus (the Victoria Line is the fastest tube line in London)
There are lots of local shops & Buses etc.
Easy to get to Stanstead Airport via Tottenham Hale or Stratford.
One bus to Westfields- Stratford , or 10 min walk to Walthamstow Market (longest St Market in the EU). 10 Mins walk to Walthamstow Wetlands (largest Wetland nature reserve in Europe). Lots of independent traders in the warehouses behind us (Big Penny Social & Blackhorse Beer Mile). It's a really Trendy Pocket area - do your research!

All facilities in the house can be used: Washing machine, Kitchen stuff, Garden and conservatory area.
Free internet (Virgin).
A deposit is required, but the amount is negotiable.
I have had many lodgers in the past, 6 Italians, 2 Polish, 1 Romanian, 1 Czech & 4 English, 2 Australians & 3 French. They are all available for contact, to confirm my credibility. Of all of the lodgers, 3 have been male, 16 female, all enjoyed their time here.
We are a 'normal' tolerant, easy-going, welcoming and guest-accepting household. If you are kind, considerate and trust-worthy - brilliant! Rent is very competitive for the location.
