Hello I'm James, live-out landlord. The house is friendly, warm and clean in a great spot, with outdoor space!

Already living here is Marianna (32) Interior Designer and Marcia (29) Nurse. I'm in touch with them on occasion, both lovely ladies, easy to get along with, very friendly and considerate, Marianna has been living here around 5 years and Marcia 2 years.

The room is soon available as the other housemate is moving further North to be closer to work and we wish her well. WFH options - the room is a reasonable enough size to work in too if needed.

Full kitchen facilities available:
washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooker, fridge, freezer.

Recently installed a much bigger shed for bike storage at the end of the garden.

The house has a good size living room and dining area.

The house is kept very clean. (regular cleaner once every 2 weeks included in the bills)

Netflix account included in bill.

Private south facing garden with the sun most of the day.

Bedroom comes with the following:
Ensuite bathroom (shower) Bed, mattress, desk, chair, built-in wardrobe. We can add/remove items.
