Hi . I am letting my spare room so just two people in a ground floor 2 bed maisonette with garden. I’m seeking a responsible person to share with me. The kitchen and bathroom are new and fully equipped. There is a dining table in the spacious kitchen.

The room available is a good size with two windows. It has a bed , wardrobe, chest of drawers, chairs and a coffee table.

Fantastic transport links all over London in zone 3. The flat is 10 mins walk to Blackhorse tube on the Victoria line 40 mins to Oxford Circus. It is the same distance to St James St on the mainline to Liverpool St in 15 mins. Walthamstow is also close to the motorways.

There plenty of things to do lots of pubs breweries supermarkets gyms and cultural facilities all in easy reach. Plus the famous street market and wetlands close by.
Walthamstow is in zone 3 with excellent transport links both into central London and to the surrounding areas. Walthamstow is listed as one of the best boroughs to live.

Street parking permit required. Council Bicycle shed outside in street.
