Room in 3 bed flat

We’re looking for a friendly, easygoing and tidy flatmate to join our 3-bed home in a modern building 5 minutes walk from Blackhorse Road station. You’d be living with two women (both 33) – one of us works in market research and the other as a physiotherapist. Plus an adorable little dog, Maisie, who is low-maintenance and full of charm!

We both lead busy lives and have our own things going on, but we really value a relaxed, sociable vibe at home — whether that’s a quick chat over a cup of tea or an occasional shared dinner.

The available room is spacious and shares a bathroom with just one other person. The flat itself has a large open-plan kitchen and living area that opens onto a private balcony with beautiful views over the Walthamstow Wetlands!

The building is modern and packed with amenities, including an on-site gym, heated outdoor pool, communal areas (including shared work space), tennis court, a rooftop with panoramic views, and bookable private dining rooms. Wifi is included in the rent, all other bills are additional and paid monthly.
