The room comes with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, and desk with shelving in place. The period fireplace adds character to the room. A large south facing window makes it light and airy, and the neutral décor means you can add your own touch.

You’ll be sharing with one professional (male, late 30s) and a friendly (excitable!) cocker spaniel, so this would suit someone who likes dogs. The flat has a comfy living area, a well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, quartz worktops... new kitchen will be in by you'd move in!), and a modern bathroom with good water pressure. There's a third single bedroom and study which you may also be able to use (to be chatted about).

- Close to shops, cafes, restaurants, and Walthamstow Village
- Easy access to parks and green spaces, marshes, Epping Forest
