Double room + flat to yourself 4-5 nights a week

My partner and I are looking for a lovely individual or couple to rent our spare room from January to March 2026 while we trial living in St Leonards-on-Sea. I’ll still be working in London a couple of days a week, so I’ll likely stay in the flat (without my partner) 2–3 nights (usually Tue & Wed). This means you’ll have the place to yourselves 4–5 nights a week. Perhaps I might stay the occasional extra night here and there - but I would communicate this ahead of time.

£950 per month
+ £100 bills (flat fee)

The Flat
It's a bright, modern 2-bed, 2-bath top-floor flat in Blackhorse Road, Walthamstow (E17 6SS). It’s lovely and quiet with excellent sound-proofing - you can’t hear neighbours at all. The block has a calming, friendly feel. The balcony has gorgeous views across the city and the Walthamstow Wetlands.
Kitchen includes dishwasher, coffee machine - and a washing machine in the utility space.

We’re a 9-minute walk to Blackhorse Road Station (Victoria Line), great for getting into central London.
