En-suite room available in fantastic flat

Hey hey awesome girlies. Our wonderful flatmate is moving out to live out of London for work so we need another person to join our flat! The room is an en-suite in a modern flat near Blackhorse Road (Walthamstow), with great amenities, including a pool, tennis court, free gym classes & 24hr reception. Rent is £1145.00 month excluding bills. They come to around £100-150 per month.

Sorry, no students (as per the building's rules). However, pets are allowed.

We’re working professionals (in teaching & parliament). We are two hard working girls but also love to be social and hang out too. Work hard and play hard vibes. Don’t get me wrong, we love our own time too and would love someone who can do both. We love movie nights and eating dinner together, whilst also love having a savvy B in central and having a party or three. Here is some more information to read and see if you feel you fit the bill:

- Room is available from middle to end of October/ beginning of November
- Someone between 23-28 as we are 24!
- We have a cleaning rota and make sure we clean up after ourselves (I am a coeliac girlie so it’s extra important)
- We are social together and enjoy spending time with each other in the flat and out of the flat
- We aren’t super seshy so don’t want a clubber who’s out every single night
