Hi! I’m looking for someone to join me in my lovely 2-bedroom house in Blackhorse Road.

This would suit someone who is looking for a proper home rather than a typical large houseshare, as it would be just the two of us sharing the whole house.

I’m also open to **short-term lets**, and the room can be **furnished or unfurnished**, depending on what works best for you.

The house has lots of shared space, which is one of the things I really love about it.

There is a **spacious living room as well as a bright conservatory**, so you don’t always have to share the same space — there is plenty of room to relax, read, work from home or just have some time to yourself.

There is also a **private garden with a BBQ**, which is lovely during the warmer months for having a coffee outside, relaxing or having friends over occasionally.

I’m friendly, tidy and easy-going. I enjoy having a chat or sharing a glass of wine now and then, but I also really value having my own space and respecting other people’s privacy.

I also love travelling and tend to travel fairly regularly, so there will naturally be periods when you have more of the house to yourself.

Ideally, I’m looking for a professional who is respectful, clean and easy-going, and who would like to feel at home rather than simply rent a room.

Someone who appreciates having proper shared living spaces, a garden and a relaxed home environment would probably be a particularly good fit.
