🔑 TENANCY TAKEOVER

This is a tenancy takeover, subject to Student Roost approval. The successful applicant will take over the remaining tenancy and complete the required checks and paperwork directly with Student Roost.

Student Roost eligibility requirements:
• Must be a registered student at a recognised university
• Must complete Student Roost's tenancy agreement and guarantor process
• Must not already have a 2026/27 booking with Student Roost

If you later need to leave before the tenancy ends, you can find a replacement tenant yourself, subject to Student Roost's approval and their tenancy terms.
