Buddy up for a modern 2 bed2 bath near Walthamstow

Hey! I’m hoping to find a flatmate to rent a 2 bed, 2 bath place with in Walthamstow. I’ve got my eye on a new build a couple of minutes from Blackhorse Road station. Both rooms are en suite, and the building has a free residents’ gym and co-working space, which is a big plus for me. I haven’t signed for anything yet, so I’m looking to meet people first and put an offer in together if we get on.

About me: I’m 25 and work in insurance pricing as an actuary in the City. I moved here from India and have been living in E17 for a while, so I can tell you all about the area. On weekdays I’m out at work and the gym. On weekends you’ll find me cooking (I’m vegetarian and like experimenting), catching an F1 race or a football match, gaming, reading, or exploring somewhere new.

I’d describe myself as relaxed and tidy. I’m happy to do my own thing, but I’m also up for the odd dinner or a film together. Ideally you’re working or studying, clean, respectful of shared space, and after a calm, comfortable home rather than a party flat.
