Spacious ensuite-room at family home

Available from mid-November with a flexble 6 months contract. The rental period is flexible and can be negotiated if you need a slightly shorter or longer stay.

A very large and comfortable double room is available on the second floor of our family home. The room comes furnished with:

- Double bed
- Sofa
- Desk
- Wardrobe

You will also have a bathroom upstairs.

We're a family of three (a couple and our 11-year-old child) and occupy the first floor of the house. Apart from sharing the kitchen, the second floor is mainly your own space.

Local Area
At the end of the road you'll find Lloyd Park and the William Morris Gallery. Across the park is a large leisure centre with a gym, swimming pool and other facilities. The area is green, friendly and very well connected to Central London.
