You will share the flat with another female and me (the live in landlady), however I travel extensively for work and rarely home. You will share the bathroom with me.

There is a balcony with lovely riverside view. And a big communal garden downstairs.

No bills included.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, big microwave, toaster, kettle and a washing maschine in the storage room.

Amenities included: gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, garden and concierge.
