Description
Hi potential housemate 👋
My lovely flatmate Charlie is sadly moving out… but that means there’s an opening in our great little flat.
✨THE FLAT 🏡
• Located 2 mins walk from Kings Cross tube - it’s easy to get literally everywhere.
• We’ve got quiet neighbours and the room available is the quietest in the flat.
• Flat is built to a great spec, very sturdy, nice kitchen with sofa & tv.
• Not a huge flat, so not a party flat.
• It’s nice and warm, and all bills included!
ABOUT US 🙋🏻♂️🙋🏽♀️
• 😊 Matt, I’m 37, gay, and lived in this flat for almost 8 years. I’m the lead tenant, and you’d be subletting from me.
• I’m friendly, chatty and have plenty of hobbies and friends. Always keeping myself busy.
• Into design, cooking, exercise, reading, photography…
• I work part time as a restaurant host and am trying to get my small business off the ground.
🙂 Krishna, 30, straight (just married!)
• Krishna works in film sales
• She’s clean, friendly and organised.
• Lived here for over a year.
👋🏻 ABOUT YOU
• We’re looking for somebody, male / female / straight / gay - don’t care!
• Just be professional (no students), clean, respectful, and a non-smoker.
Send a message with some info about yourself!
