Hi! We have a lovely, cozy room available from 7th October 2026 😊

We’re both in our 20s and from Singapore and Turkey, and we’re looking for a female flatmate aged 20–early 30s.

Ideally looking for someone who is clean, responsible, considerate and working. We like having our own space, so we’re looking for someone similar — friendly, but also independent.

• 2 mins walk to Warren Street Station
• 2 mins to UCL
• 3 mins to Euston Square
• 4 mins to Euston
• 10 mins to Tottenham Court Road
• Tesco, Boots, Lidl & Robert Dyas all about 1 min away

Despite being in Central London, the area is relatively quiet. There is also usually a visible police presence around the area, which makes us feel safe.

• Closet space
• Blackout curtains
• Wooden flooring — no carpet!

📅 TENANCY
