The apartment is in the heart of central London! In an amazingly vibrant and culturally diverse neighbourhood (synonymous with London!) we live 5 minutes walk from the tube station, 5 minutes walk to Sainsburys supermarket, 2 minutes walk to a lovely park and an array of restaurants and one of the best Lebanese kebab shops (the grilled sea bass accompanied with seasoned rice and salad is divine!)

Our apartment is also 5 minutes walk away from Southwark Playhouse and also opposite Mercato Metropolitano, centrally located in London's south-east Elephant & Castle, is the city’s first sustainable community market focused on revitalising neighbourhoods and protecting the environment. The market has incubated more than 40 food and beverage businesses, a delicatessen with sustainably sourced products from local farmers and artisans, a unique cinema experience, a communal kitchen and several circular economy concepts including a Bavarian micro-brewery.

A short 15 minute walk away is the stunning Shard also the historic food Borough market which is one of the largest and oldest food markets in London, offering a delectable array of fine & delicious food from all over the world, also The Imperial war museum.
A short 20 minutes walk away is the fantastic Southbank with The London Eye, The Southbank Centre, BFI Southbank, The National Theatre, Tate Modern, the Millennium Bridge, Shakespeare’s Globe and last but not least a beautiful walk along The river Thames.

25 minute walk away is the fascinating Tower Bridge, with the Tower of London and London dungeons.

Via taxi or train we are 10 a short minutes way from THE top spots in central London - a big huge huge plus for anyone visiting our City!
