My current flatmate is leaving this lovely ensuite room in our 2 bed apartment.
I am now looking for a friendly flatmate to take his place.
The apartment is in a private gated building which is well-maintained. The communal garden is stunning and Borough tube station is less than a 10-minute walk away.
Utility bills, broadband usage and council tax are approximately £160 per month.
We’re located in a unique picturesque part of the London Bridge area which still has the iconic London architecture which’ll make you feel you’ve stepped into time, all whilst admiring the Shard.
About me: I work remotely everyday, I like to keep the place nice and tidy and love getting stuck into a good Netflix series when I’m relaxing at home!
I also like cooking, going to the gym and love catching up with friends over a drink.

About the agency’s background checks, their employment check requires the new tenant to have a full-time permanent role having a minimum salary of £32,000.
