I am looking for someone to take over my contract.
I am advertising an en-suite room in the student accommodation Manna Ash House, in Southwark, near Waterloo and Borough.
The room contains a double bed and lots of storage, and is in a flat of 5-7 rooms sharing a kitchen. The kitchen is big, with 2 fridges, 2 freezers, 2 ovens, 2 sinks, and a personal locker for each flatmate. Wifi is fast, and the building is well secured. The accommodation has a common room and a laundry room on the ground floor, as well as bike storage and a backyard.
It is situated less than 5mins walk to Southwark station on the jubilee, less than 10mins walk to the thames, 10mins walk to Waterloo, and 20mins walk to borough market & the shard. It is located close to the cut and lower marsh which are lively streets, and is close to 4-5 grocery stores. Particularly convenient for students at Kcl because of the proximity to 2 campuses and 2 Kcl accoms (SSA & GDSA).
The rent is 369 GBP per week all included, over a 50 week contract.
