Availability & flexibility
Flexible stays from 10 days up to 3 months.
1–3 month tenancies are welcomed, and longer stays may be considered.

For stays under 1 month, the rate is adjusted to reflect short-term occupancy and is equivalent to £3,000 per month (including bills). And is payed up front.

£1,000 deposit required (covers damages beyond normal wear and tear).
