I am looking for a short-term tenant to rent my flat (minimum 3 months).

Flat is available from 30th of June until the end of the year, with in person viewings possible from 9th June.

Please note the flat is for sale and there will be prospective buyers viewing the property (can agree fixed days and times with the estate agent, and they have a key so you don’t have to be in the property).
